At High Castle Metals, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a comprehensive refund, return, and exchange policy on our entire inventory, including all bullion and certified coins.

Terms and Conditions

  • Time Limit: This right is limited to seven (7) days from the date you receive your items.

  • Notification: To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, you must notify our Customer Service Department within this seven-day window. Our team will provide specific instructions on how to securely return your items.

  • Packaging: Items must be kept in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

  • Verification: Refunds are not processed until the returned items have been received, inspected, and verified by our team.

Fees and Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Packaging Your Return: For mail-in returns, you must carefully package each product. High Castle Metals reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to all returned orders originally paid for via credit card.

Cryptocurrency Refunds

All Bitcoin refunds are issued at the USD rate at the time the refund is processed. High Castle Metals is not responsible for any fluctuations in the Bitcoin exchange rate between the time of purchase and the time of refund.

Exchanges

If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to provide an acceptable replacement. If a suitable replacement is not available in our current inventory, we will issue a refund instead.
